March moments

I know I’m a little behind schedule to post this…, well, nine days to be exact (seriously though, where did the beginning of April go?!) but I wanted to share a collection of photos from last month. Every day throughout the month of March I posted a photo to an app I recently downloaded called Project 365. If anyone on your Facebook or Instagram has taken part in the 100 Days of Happiness fad then I’m sure you’ll know what this is all about but for those who don’t, lemme explain….it goes something like...

1. Find something in your day that makes you happy.
2. Take a photo of said something.
3. Upload to Project 360.
4. Eat. Sleep.Rave (optional). Repeat.
5. And you’re done. Simples.

I decided to take up the challenge after watching a video Ingird Nilsen (or MissGlamorazzi) posted on her YouTube channel about capturing the moments in your life. I really loved this little video and everything she captured in it so decided I wanted to give it a try for myself.  Since I don’t carry a vlogging camera around with me on a daily basis (or ever for that matter) I thought I would do mine through snaps!

So, here is my month of March in moments ….

1. Heading to a fundraiser organised by my friend Annie. In case you're wondering, no, I never took home any prizes #boo
2. Trying to be healthy with yoghurt, berries and honey - I decided to use a cinnamon honey I was handed as a trial. Let's just say I never used this combination again....
3.Shopping in Paperchase and admiring these HAUGE flowers!
4. Setting up the #Stripey sweet table at the Scottish Food & Drink event

5. Pretty view from the bus when leaving work in Leith
6. A little pamper night with my Origins mask #sexy
7. Night out with my gorgeous BFF
8. Slumber party with my besties! Can we do this again, please?

13. I had to capture my little brother's victory dance he performed after winning his game #sweetpea
14. A night at my sisters for Mother's Day. We headed to the cinema then enjoyed Drumstick cocktails!

16. The most DELICIOUS cheesecake from Waitrose!! I'm so addicted to cheesecake right now which ain't good for the summer bod.

20. A walk up Tinto park in the freezing cold rain probably wasn't our best idea but at least the view was pretty. Me falling in the mud was not.

23. I'm moving back to my old place in Giffnock next month which conveniently happens to be in the top places to live list #score

It's so nice to be able to look back over what I got up to in March - me and my fish memory aren't great at remembering things. It's shocking really. 

I love the little things in life and doing something as silly as taking a picture of it helps to appreciate them. I'm going to try and keep this up so here is to an April moments post. Fingers crossed.
